1:Now that I feel better (I've been sick the past 2 days) get back on track with the menu plan for the week.
2:at least do yoga if not my full exercise routine.
3:go to bed at a reasonable time even if you have to ditch the staying up late husband to do it.
4:be brave and make a hair appointment

6:do school with the kids
7:find time to read
8: find time to sketch
9:ride bike 30 min
10:write coop lesson
11:make lunch for coop tomorrow.
